The successful incumbents will:
- Administer documents for staff transfer, promotion, new recruitment
- Compilation of Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Training Need Identification (TNI) for all employees
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisal activities and in identifying staff competencies gap
- Assist manager in planning and implementing in-house development program.
- Provide evaluation report on training effectiveness
- Assist in organizing employees’ motivation programs
- Assist in employee’s relations and communication
- Supervise on compensation and benefits administration
- Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
- Organize in-house sharing information
- Monitor staff disciplinary
The prospective candidate:
- Possess a good Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration with CGPA 3.00 or Second Class Upper and above and certified by Malaysia Qualification Agency (MQA).
- Have a minimum of 1-3 years in related working experiences
- SPM/SPMV with credits in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mathematics
- Willing to be based at any TNB business unit
- A self-starter with an innate drive for achievement, a high degree of integrity, independent and possess good quality leadership skills, ability in managing change, strong analytical, planning and organising skills as well as excellent interpersonal and business communications skills in Bahasa Melayu and English are prerequisites for this position
